At Florescence Perfume, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Receipt or order confirmation required

• Returns for fragrance preference, damage, or shipping errors are accepted
